Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a CNC Operator responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts.

 

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Network Management:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers within the assigned region, strategically expanding our network.
  3. Regularly visit dealerships to provide support, training, and guidance to maximize their sales performance.
  4. Collaborate with dealers to develop joint marketing and promotional activities to drive sales growth.

  1. Conduct rigorous, final-stage functional testing of all major shipboard systems, including propulsion, steering, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

  3. Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  4. Experience mentoring junior technicians and/or leading small teams.
  5. Strong documentation and technical reporting abilities.
  6. Proven commitment to safety, accuracy, and craftsmanship.
  7. Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  8. Conversational English and strong communication skills.

This person must be able to work in confined spaces. Electricians must be first and foremost responsible individuals with great attention to safety precautions. The ideal candidate must also be experienced in different kinds of electrical devices and systems.

    • Grind all de-molded parts properly (hulls, decks, small parts).
    • Collaborate with team members to lift and move deck parts to the cut & grind area.

    1. Create lamination, systems, upholstery, graphics, and any other pertinent drawings required to manufacture each new model.

    Summary
    Regal Boats is seeking a mechanical engineer who will be responsible for engineering design, testing, and integration of new products.     • Owner of unique areas of engineering interest for new products including mechanical design, structural composites, naval architecture, and systems engineering
    • Designs mechanical linkages and moving assemblies in CAD
    • Develops layouts and build drawings for HVAC and other yacht systems in 2D and 3D CAD
    • Designs and analyzes structural grids and components to meet requirements
    • Evaluates composite materials and develops layup schedule for FRP parts

    Required Qualifications

    • CAD software experience, including Rhino, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Catia, Pro-E
    • 2 years of knowledge of the boating industry, including familiarity with major brands and features
    • Understanding of design for manufacturing

    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a professional setting

    Compensation

    • $.59/Mi regular rate, $.74/Mi wide load + depending on experience
    • $17.50/Hour (for unloading, loading wait time, PTO)
