Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a Fiberglass Finisher. Responsibilities include inspecting fiberglass parts for Cosmetic issues, sanding, repairing, gel-coating and buffing to a final finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspects fiberglass parts for cosmetic issues in gel finish.
• Repairs voids, cracks, scratches, and chips in gel-coat surface.
• Makes repairs by sanding, applying repair materials, and spraying gel-coat.
• Finishes by sanding, buffing and polishing repairs.
• Uses a variety of hand tools including DA sanders, Buffers, Spray Guns razor knives, scissors, power tools.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary 

Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude to join our team as an Infusion and RTM Technician. This role is responsible for preparing molds and applying fiberglass materials through infusion and RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) processes to create high-quality boat parts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform startup procedures in preparation for lamination, including identifying molds to be infused and locating required materials and kits.
2. Work with a variety of resins, fiberglass materials, and structural adhesives.
3. Laminate layers of fiberglass onto molds using hand tools, rollers, and brushes to properly shape, remove air, and smooth surfaces.
4. Apply bonding and structural stiffening materials according to blueprints and work instructions.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following housekeeping and safety procedures.
6. Consistently adhere to quality standards and adapt to new processes as they evolve.

Required Qualifications

1. Ability to use a variety of hand tools, razor knives, scissors, power tools, and overhead hoists.

Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a motivated Fiberglass / Lamination Lead (Spanish Required) with hands-on experience in fiberglass processes. The Fiberglass / Lamination Lead (Spanish Required) oversees lamination and composite manufacturing operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety. This role combines technical expertise in FRP processes with day-to-day leadership of a team of 10–15 members.

2. Provide technical guidance in FRP processes, specifically RTM, infusion, and hand lay-up techniques.

5. Communicate daily production schedules to team members and provide updates to the Team Leader.

7. Advocate for continuous process improvement within FRP operations.

Required Qualifications

1. Strong background in composite/lamination manufacturing.
2. Skilled in training and coaching team members in technical processes.
3. Ability to understand and follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
4. Comfortable leading production meetings and communicating expectations to a team.
5. Must follow all Regal safety standards and procedures.
6. Strong understanding of quality standards related to FRP manufacturing.
7. Ability to work well with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

1. Detail-oriented with strong leadership skills.

Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a meticulous and proactive Gel and Lamination Quality Inspector to join our Lamination Department. In this role, you will ensure that all gelcoat and fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) parts meet Regal’s strict quality and safety standards. You will inspect and verify the cosmetic and structural integrity of parts during and after the lamination process, playing a key role in supporting production teams and maintaining the high-quality finishes that define Regal Boats.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform in-process and final inspections of gelcoat surfaces, fiberglass hulls, decks, and structural components throughout the lamination process.
2. Evaluate parts for cosmetic defects such as pinholes, air voids, delamination, color variation, cracking, or uneven finishes.
3. Verify compliance with work instructions, part drawings, layup schedules, and company quality standards.
4. Conduct visual, tactile, and tap inspections, and use precision tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure dimensional accuracy.
5. Identify, document, and communicate non-conformances; collaborate with supervisors and technicians to resolve issues efficiently.
6. Maintain detailed inspection records, reports, and data in accordance with company quality procedures.
7. Work closely with gelcoat and lamination teams to reinforce best practices and consistent workmanship.
8. Support continuous improvement by recommending process or material adjustments that enhance overall product quality and appearance.
9. Assist with internal audits and training initiatives related to gelcoat application, FRP layup, and repair practices.

Required Qualifications

1. Understanding of gelcoat application, FRP materials, and lamination processes.
2. Knowledge of common gelcoat and FRP defects and how to identify them.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layup schedules, and specifications.
4. Skilled in using measurement tools and performing visual/tactile inspections.
5. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
6. Physically capable of entering hulls, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs., and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Previous quality inspection experience in gelcoat, composites, or marine manufacturing.
2. Familiarity with marine-grade fiberglass materials and resin systems.
3. Experience with quality control systems and methodologies (e.g., 5S, root cause analysis).
4. Technical training or certification in composites, coatings, or manufacturing quality.
5. Clear and professional communication skills for documentation and feedback.

This role is responsible for designing, integrating, and validating critical onboard systems across our luxury recreational boats, including express cruisers, bowriders, surf series, and center console hybrids. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless system functionality, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. This position will be involved in concept development, prototyping, product introduction, and market adoption across the entire Regal product line from 20’-50’.

Key Responsibilities

1. Systems Design & Integration
   1. Tactical owner of systems design for Regal Boats.
   2. Develop and integrate navigation, plumbing, water, waste, fuel, HVAC, and control systems.
   3. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering teams to ensure efficient system layouts.
   4. Optimize system placement and weight distribution to enhance performance, efficiency, and serviceability.
   5. Work closely with vendors to select, test, and validate components for production.
   6. Assist in the integration of marine electronics, lighting, and onboard automation.
2. Compliance & Testing
   1. Ensure designs meet ABYC, NMMA, USCG, ISO, and CE requirements.
   2. Conduct DFMEA, risk assessments, and system validation testing.
   3. Validate all new models for performance and reliability through prototype testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.
   4. Support on-water testing, system calibration, and diagnostics.
3. Collaboration & Project Management
   1. Work with design, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure smooth product launches.

Required Qualifications

Summary 

Regal Boats is seeking an experienced and driven Panel & Harness Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of the Panel and Harness production area. This role serves as a hands-on production supervisor responsible for leading technicians, ensuring electrical assemblies meet quality and safety standards, and delivering production targets that support on-time boat builds. This role plays a critical role in coordinating labor, troubleshooting electrical build challenges, training team members, and partnering with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to support Regal’s electrical systems across all boat models.

1. Leadership & Team Management
   1. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Panel & Harness Technicians and Leads (approximately 15–30 team members).
   2. Assign daily work based on production schedules, boat models, and labor availability.
   3. Conduct daily start-up meetings to communicate priorities, safety topics, quality concerns, and production goals.
   4. Train and onboard new team members on harness builds, panel assembly, safety practices, and Regal quality standards.
   5. Conduct performance conversations, provide coaching, and support disciplinary actions in alignment with company policy.
2. Production & Technical Oversight
   1. Oversee the assembly of boat-specific wiring harnesses and electrical panels according to drawings, formulas, and work instructions.
   2. Ensure accurate cutting, crimping, labeling, and connector configurations.
   3. Ensure proper identification and routing of wire colors for lighting, pumps, AC/DC systems, and digital switching.
   4. Supervise in-house battery cable manufacturing to predefined specifications and formulas.
   5. Troubleshoot electrical and harness-related issues that impact production flow or quality.
   6. Coordinate with Engineering and Quality to resolve design questions, defects, or process improvements.
   7. Manage harness quality testing processes and work with Industrial Engineering to resolve test software or hardware issues
3. Quality, Safety & Compliance
   1. Ensure all work meets Regal’s Quality Standards and electrical best practices.
   2. Review defects, support corrective action requests, and implement process improvements.
   3. Enforce safety standards, PPE usage, and safe work practices within the department.
   4. Proactively identify safety risks and coach team members on safe electrical handling and shop practices.
4. Planning & Coordination
   1. Manage labor hours and staffing to meet production rates and efficiency targets.
   2. Confirm timecards and attendance using Regal’s timekeeping system.
   3. Partner with Scheduling, Warehousing, and other production departments to ensure material and harness readiness.
   4. Adjust resources throughout the day in response to attendance, production changes, or quality issues.

Required Qualifications

1. 3–5 years of experience in electrical harness, panel assembly, or marine/industrial electrical manufacturing.
2. Strong understanding of wire color codes, harness construction, crimping standards, and battery cable manufacturing.
3. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, formulas, and work instructions.
4. Ability to manage labor hours and meet production metrics.
5. Ability to conduct employee conversations related to expectations, performance, and accountability.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
7. Ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
8. Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.

Regal Boats is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Expert to lead installation, advanced testing, diagnostics, and quality validation of vessel systems. This role requires in-depth technical proficiency, strategic troubleshooting capabilities, and a leadership mindset to ensure all systems meet the highest performance and safety standards.

1. Serve as Regal’s subject matter expert in production for vessel systems, including propulsion, Garmin, steering, plumbing, generators, Gyro stabilizers, stereo systems, HVAC, and control systems.

3. Perform system-level functional testing, calibration, and validation across multiple boat models.

3. Proven track record in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
5. Strong technical documentation and reporting skills.
6. Demonstrated leadership in mentoring technicians or leading small teams.

Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as an Assembler. Assemblers are responsible for the installation and assembly of Regal’s boats following specific Workmanship Instructions (WI) for each model.

1. Customer Support & Warranty Operations
