Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a Fiberglass Finisher. Responsibilities include inspecting fiberglass parts for Cosmetic issues, sanding, repairing, gel-coating and buffing to a final finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspects fiberglass parts for cosmetic issues in gel finish.
  • Repairs voids, cracks, scratches, and chips in gel-coat surface.

The Fiberglass / Lamination Lead (Spanish Required) oversees lamination and composite manufacturing operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety. This role combines technical expertise in FRP processes with day-to-day leadership of a team of 10–15 members.

Required Qualifications

  1. Strong background in composite/lamination manufacturing.

  6. Strong understanding of quality standards related to FRP manufacturing.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Rhino- preferred, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Catia, Pro-E, or AutoCAD).
  3. Knowledge of marine propulsion, fuel systems, electrical networks, and onboard systems.
  4. Strong understanding of ABYC, USCG, and NMMA regulations.
  5. Experience with systems troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and failure mode testing.
  6. Conversational English.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in common platform engineering for multi-model product lines.
  2. 3+ years of experience in marine systems engineering, preferably in boat building or OEM manufacturing.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to support all areas of HR operations. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner to team members and leaders, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a passion for creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, update information in UKG Pro (or similar HRIS), and prepare reports as needed.
  2. Compliance: Support adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.) and assist with audits and documentation.
  3. Onboarding & Orientation: Partner with the HR team to coordinate new hire onboarding, prepare materials, and facilitate new team member orientations that reflect Regal’s culture and values.
  4. Benefits & Leave Administration: Provide guidance on company benefits, assist with enrollments, and coordinate leaves of absence in accordance with applicable policies and laws.
  5. Employee Relations: Serve as a resource for team members and supervisors on HR-related questions, helping foster positive employee engagement and effective communication.
  6. Culture & Engagement: Partner with the HR team on engagement events, communication initiatives, and recognition programs that strengthen Regal’s culture and values.

 

Required Qualifications

  1. 3-5 years of experience in human resources, in a generalist capacity.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations (FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.).
  4. Proficiency with UKG Pro or similar HRIS systems.
  5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  6. High attention to detail, discretion, and organizational ability.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  2. HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).
  3. Bilingual in English and Spanish.

 

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. It is a fully onsite role, five days a week, and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

Required Qualifications
