Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a Lamination Team Leader. Lamination Team Leaders are responsible for overseeing lamination processes and the efficient utilization of manpower to obtain maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Ensures lamination manufacturing operations are in accordance with Regal's Quality Standards
Actively coaches and oversees Lead(s) and hourly Team Members (35-40 team members).
Trains and motivates Team Members to achieve the highest levels of productivity and quality.
Communicates daily schedule with production team members.
Tracks team member time and attendance according to Regal's Attendance & PTO Policy.
Troubleshoots issues on the production line related to the boat manufacturing process.
Works with other departments to ensure parts are completed according to schedule.
Produce manufacturing defect list, write Corrective Action Requests, answer technical questions and order appropriate materials.
Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable state and federal laws.
Interviewing team members, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and counseling team members, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Ensures manufacturing operations are in accordance with Regal's Safety Standards, including:

  • Ensures manufacturing operations are in accordance with Regal's Quality Standards
  • Actively coaches and oversees Lead(s) and hourly Team Members (35-40 team members).

Parts Inventory Management

Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a Field Service Technician. This individual will work alongside the Customer Service Team to perform a variety of warranty related repairs on campus and at remote locations including dealerships, private residences and marinas.

Compensation

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Repairing and replacing component parts, including but not limited to: cabinetry, canvas, electrical, upholstery, head and hull liner.
Potentially being required to perform services on drive train, generator or navigational electronics.

Sanding, re-spraying and buffing surface profile imperfections.

Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as an Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will work alongside the TMS Manager to provide HR-related support to manufacturing team members, including pay and benefits, conflict resolution, enforcing and improving company policies and practices, and assisting with performance evaluations and with disciplinary action counseling. . This position will also consist of HR Operations such as, workforce planning, data analysis, and benefits administration.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Summary 

Regal Boats is seeking a detail-oriented and independent Maintenance Support Technician to join our team for the Summer. This role primarily involves housekeeping duties such as pressure cleaning, trash pickup, and general maintenance tasks. Regal is seeking to support and develop young professionals, such as high-school aged students, with this role. 

 

Key Responsibilities
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  1. Assist other Maintenance Technicians as needed.
  2. Perform preventative maintenance duties on all physical structures, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  3. Maintain records of all preventative maintenance and repairs performed.
  4. Perform manual tasks as requested, including moving supplies, replacing light bulbs, and removing trash.
  5. Prepare surfaces for painting, including smoothing surfaces and removing old paint.
  6. Operate equipment such as pressure washers, air blowers, and hand tools safely and effectively.
  7. Use appropriate cleaning solutions and maintain pressure washing equipment in good working condition.
  8. Safely store paint containers and other regulated materials.
  9. Attend in-service meetings, daily meetings, and fill out work order forms.
  10. Be open to receiving feedback and willing to learn new skills.

 

Required Qualifications

  1. Work flexible hours, including days and evenings as required, and participate in the department's on-call schedule.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent.
  3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Coachable and willing to learn new tasks.
  6. Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment preferred.
  7. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending.
  8. Must be at least 18 years of age to operate the forklift.



Preferred Qualifications

  1. Forklift experience and/or certification 
  2. Previous experience working in maintenance 

 

Work Environment
Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature reaching over 100 degrees fahrenheit at times.

 

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend at the waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time. The employee is frequently required to climb into and out of the boats using stairs. The employee must frequently  be able to lift 50 pounds, work 10 hour days with most of the time being on your feet, and work overtime, whether planned or unplanned.
