1. Technical Support
   • Provide in-depth technical support to Regal dealers and customers, resolving issues related to our boats' operation, maintenance, and functionality.

Required Qualifications

1. Prior experience in customer support, technical support, or a related role, preferably in the boating or marine industry.
2. Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new products quickly.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
6. Familiarity with CRM systems and support software.
7. Conversational English.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the team member may be exposed to weather conditions, normal office environments or factory environments that are not climate controlled. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The factory in certain areas maintains a high fiberglass and dust environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a Field Service Technician. This individual will work alongside the Customer Service Team to perform a variety of warranty related repairs on campus and at remote locations including dealerships, private residences and marinas.

Compensation

Key Responsibilities

Repairing and replacing component parts, including but not limited to: cabinetry, canvas, electrical, upholstery, head and hull liner.
Potentially being required to perform services on drive train, generator or navigational electronics.
Repairing voids, cracks, scratches, chips and some structural problems in gel by cutting out defects, applying repair materials, buffing and polishing repairs.
Sanding, re-spraying and buffing surface profile imperfections.
Dis-assembling and reassembling parts onto the boat per the description of the Sales order, by using the correct tools and proper methods to attain the correct standard in the installation.
Removing and installing transom hardware, bilge equipment, ballast tanks, deck wiring, deck hardware, stereo, and helm assemblies as required for each job.
In final finish, cleaning, use of sealant, solvents, shrink wrap, use of light hand tools, installation of logos and basic graphics and basic use of a buffer.
All other duties as assigned.

Be able to safely use a variety of hand tools, razor knives, scissors, power tools, and overhead hoists/cranes.
Possess or be able to obtain captains license (reimbursed by company)

Summary 

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Electrical Specialist to design, develop, and maintain electrical systems in sport boats and yachts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a deep understanding of boat electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, lighting, and switching. This role is tailored for someone with strong electrical knowledge, who is more interested in hands-on work than computer-based tasks.

• Design and develop electrical systems for boats and yachts, including power generation, distribution, lighting, and switching.
• Design, document, and manage the construction of new vessel AC/DC electrical harnesses, switch panels, and power generation.
• Ensure all electrical systems meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Convey the components and cost of the electrical systems to the BOM Coordinator through documentation so the cost target can be met.
• Collaborate with other engineers and boat builders to ensure electrical systems are integrated with other boat systems.

• Create and maintain technical documentation and reports related to electrical system design, testing, and maintenance.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in boat electrical engineering.

• Design and modify any electrical systems.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical system issues on new and existing products.
• Work with vendors to buy new electrical equipment and to replace any on existing boats that may have issues.
• Participate in resolution of ECN and CAR issues for production.
• Train line electricians on prototype boats as part of the new product introduction process.
• Document electrical systems, including drafting, work instructions, and workmanship standards per ISO.
• Focus on hands-on work, including installing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems on boats.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DC & AC electrical engineering.
• Familiarity with international boat electrical regulations and standards, such as ABYC and ISO.
• Ability to design and develop electrical schematics using CAD software.
• Experience with electrical testing and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced marine production line atmosphere.
• Experience installing, testing, and troubleshooting 12v D.C. and 240/120v A.C. systems.
• Experience in prototyping and documenting wiring harnesses with plug-and-play attributes to streamline production line installations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to read, produce, and work with electrical schematics, line drawings, and digital picture work instructions to achieve end goals.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in making electrical terminations between stranded wire and various copper terminals and contacts, typically used in electrical installations and harness fabrication.
• Installation experience with marine electronics, audio systems, and knowledge of data communication networks, such as SAEJ1939 and NMEA 2000.
• Conversational English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Experience with hybrid and electric propulsion systems in power boats and yachts.
• Familiarity with boat automation and control systems.
• Ability to function daily under the pressure of meeting deadlines and production schedules.
• Knowledge of and/or ABYC certification in electrical compliance standards.
• Functional capability with CAD.

The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for the process design, operation, and implementation across both warehouse and supply chain functions. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of their projects to improve industrial and supply chain processes, maintain efficiency, reduce costs, improve sustainability, and maximize profitability.

11. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of process improvements and supply chain enhancements.
12. Manage and implement changes directly when required (e.g., painting lines, hanging tags, building fixtures).
13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in continuous improvement, quality management, and supply chain management, and incorporate them into the organization's practices and processes.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, or five years of proven experience as an Industrial Engineer in lieu of a degree.
2. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Proven experience implementing and managing solo-led projects.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
6. Thorough understanding of ergonomics and applicable industry standards.
7. At least 1 year of engineering experience in a warehouse environment.
8. CAD or AutoCAD skills.
9. Conversational English.

Preferred Qualifications

1.       Certification in Lean Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) or similar discipline.
2.       At least one year of experience in the boat manufacturing/warehouse industry.
3.       Familiar with utilizing PDCA Continuous Improvement model.
4.       Familiarity with Rhino CAD software.

Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a mechanical engineer who will be responsible for engineering design, testing, and integration of new products. The engineer will be involved in multiple areas of interest in the new product development cycle including mechanical design and structural composites. This role will take ownership of their areas throughout the development cycle of new products including concept, design, prototype, integration into production, and market introduction. This role will be involved in these areas for the entire Regal product line.

Summary
Regal Boats seeks a highly skilled and motivated EH&S Manager with a strong background in safety and environmental regulations and the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA & NFPA guidelines, and implementing environmentally sustainable practices across our operations. 

Policy & Program Development

1. Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety and environmental policies, procedures, and programs per OSHA, EPA, and NFPA regulations and industry best practices.

Inspections & Audits 

1. Evaluate work environments for hazards to identify health, safety, and environmental risks; develop risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
2. Lead safety and environmental audits and inspections, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions.

Training & Education

1. Lead safety training sessions for team members, emphasizing proper procedures and the importance of adhering to safety protocols.
2. Conduct new hire orientation safety sections and special projects as assigned.
3. Lead in creating awareness of safe behavior and teach required skills for working safely.

Incident Management & Investigation

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
2. Be proactive in preventing safety-related incidents.

Regulatory Compliance & Safety Culture

1. Ensure Regal is compliant and current on OSHA, EPA & NFPA regulations and proactively adapt safety practices to ensure compliance.
2. Drive a culture of safety awareness and accountability throughout the organization with Team Leaders and Safety Teams.
3. Ensure that workplaces are safe and team members follow proper safety procedures.
4. Ensure manufacturing operations are per Regal's Safety Standards.
5. Assist the facilities management team in ensuring that required regulatory permits are acquired and reports are submitted to regulatory agencies.
6. Ensure team members have the proper tools and equipment, including PPE, to work safely and prevent accidents.

Environmental Sustainability

1. Monitor and manage environmental sustainability efforts (air permitting, reporting, waste reporting, etc.).
2. Identify opportunities to minimize the company’s environmental footprint and support the development of eco-friendly initiatives.
3. Guide Regal on environmental compliance and sustainability matters.
4. Perform other duties as required. 

Required Qualifications

1. Minimum three years of experience as a safety leader in the manufacturing industry (Marine preferred). 
2. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and NFPA regulations.
3. Excellent communication skills to effectively lead training sessions and interact with team members at all levels.
4. Demonstrated ability to investigate incidents, analyze data, and recommend practical solutions.
5. Proven experience in developing and implementing environmentally sustainable practices.
6. Tech-savvy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software tools.
7. Conversational English.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Professional certifications in safety management (e.g., CSP, CIH) or environmental management (e.g., CEM, CEP).

Summary 

Regal Boats is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our commitment to excellence by supporting financial analysis, cost management, and financial planning within our manufacturing operations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Data Analysis:

1. Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial data related to manufacturing operations.
2. Utilize financial analysis tools such as Excel and financial modeling techniques.
3. Apply basic accounting principles to assess costs, revenues, and profitability.

• Cost Management Support:

1. Analyze manufacturing expenses and identify cost drivers.
2. Assist in implementing cost-saving strategies and initiatives.
3. Participate in budgeting, variance analysis, and cost allocation processes.
4. Assist with Inventory balance monitoring and reporting.

• Financial Performance Monitoring:

1. Monitor financial performance of manufacturing processes, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Regal departments.
2. Gain exposure to financial reporting and performance metrics.

• Forecasting and Budgeting Assistance:

1. Participate in forecasting and budgeting activities to understand demand forecasting methods, production budgeting, and resource allocation.
2. Develop financial forecasts, track budget variances, and adjust forecasts based on changing conditions.

• Continuous Improvement in Financial Processes:

1. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing financial processes within manufacturing operations.
2. Identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance financial controls.

• Communication and Financial Reporting:

1. Develop strong communication skills through regular reporting on financial performance to supervisors and stakeholders.
2. Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial modeling and analysis tools is a plus.
4. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
5. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Conversational English.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Familiarity with accounting software.
2. Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or business intelligence programs like Microsoft Power BI.
3. Internship or coursework related to financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting principles.

Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a Marine Electrician. Marine Electricians are responsible for the installation and testing of electrical wiring. This person must be able to work in confined spaces. Electricians must be first and foremost responsible individuals with great attention to safety precautions. The ideal candidate must also be experienced in different kinds of electrical devices and systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Install equipment and accessories, such as stereos, navigation, communication, and power management systems, within the boat construction environment.
2. Ensure appropriate connections from power-supply circuits to radio, radar, sonar, lighting, and other electronic equipment.
3. Inspect and test electrical or electronic systems to locate and diagnose malfunctions using visual inspections and testing instruments.
4. Test electrical characteristics such as voltage, resistance, and other circuit metrics using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other test equipment.
5. Cut openings and drill holes for fixtures and equipment using electric drills and routers.
6. Troubleshoot and repair problems with electronic equipment, such as sound, navigation, communication, and security equipment.
7. Collaborate with leadership and engineering to improve product design and performance, ensuring all electrical installations meet regulatory and safety standards.
8. Manage and complete job duties according to the production schedule, ensuring timely and efficient workflow.

Required Qualifications

1. Must be able to install heavy electrical harnesses (experience in shipbuilding/similar industry is preferred)
2. Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written directions.
3. Must have strong attention to detail.
4. Must demonstrate a record of dependability and reliability with prior work experience.
5. Must have at least two years of experience in electrical work (including tools of the trade), specifically in the marine, RV, or similar industry.
6. Must have a working knowledge of 12v systems.
7. Experience working with 120v and 240v systems.
8. Ability to interpret manufacturing schedules.
9. Conversational English skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Ability to work in confined spaces and adhere to safety precautions.
2. Experience working with Yamaha and Volvo systems.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.

Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as an Assembler. Assemblers are responsible for the installation and assembly of Regal’s boats following specific Workmanship Instructions (WI) for each model.

Compensation

$16.00 - $25.00

Key Responsibilities

Verify Sales Order for special options and ensure materials are on hand to complete daily production schedules.
Assemble parts onto the boat per the description of the Sales order by using the correct tools and proper methods to attain the correct standard in the installation.
Follow proper safety requirements for the use of hand tools, drills, screw guns, and other equipment.
Inspects all parts after production to ensure that all parts are complete and up to quality standards. You are responsible for the quality of work you perform.

Required Qualifications
Be able to use a variety of hand tools. Ex. - razor knives, screwgun, drill and tape measure
Must have basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical parts
Must be able to work under time constraints and deadlines
Follow instructions of Leadership when doing miscellaneous duties
Work with a team to complete daily tasks
Must have strong attention to detail
Able to keep the work area clean and orderly
