Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a Lamination Team Leader. Lamination Team Leaders are responsible for overseeing lamination processes and the efficient utilization of manpower to obtain maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Actively coaches and oversees Lead(s) and hourly Team Members (35-40 team members).

Tracks team member time and attendance according to Regal's Attendance & PTO Policy.
Troubleshoots issues on the production line related to the boat manufacturing process.

Summary
Regal Boats is actively seeking a qualified Tooling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining fiberglass molds, commonly referred to as "tools," crucial for the shipbuilding processes. The Tooling Tech will play a pivotal role in ensuring the availability, functionality, and proper utilization of molds across various departments, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain a comprehensive inventory of fiberglass molds across shipbuilding departments.
Track mold usage, conditions, and life cycles for timely repairs or replacements.

Facilitate the distribution of molds to departments.
Establish efficient systems for mold retrieval to minimize downtime.

Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and maintain electrical systems in sport boats and yachts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a deep understanding of boat electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, lighting, and switching.
Key Responsibilities

Design, document and manage the construction of new vessel AC/DC electrical harnesses, switch panels, and power generation.
Ensure all electrical systems meet safety and regulatory standards.
Convey the components and cost of the electrical systems to the BOM Coordinator through documentation so the cost target can be met.
Collaborate with other engineers and boat builders to ensure electrical systems are integrated with other boat systems.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed electrical system designs.
Create and maintain technical documentation and reports related to electrical system design, testing, and maintenance.
Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in boat electrical engineering.
Ensures manufacturing operations are in accordance with NMMA/ABYC/ISO specifications.

Conduct testing and troubleshooting electrical systems issues on new and existing products.
Works with vendors to buy new electrical equipment and to replace any on existing boats that may have issues.
Participate in resolution of ECN and CAR issues for production.
Trains line electricians on prototype boats as part of the new product introduction process.
Documentation of electrical systems including drafting, work instructions and workmanship standards per ISO.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in DC & AC electrical engineering.
Familiarity with international boat electrical regulations and standards, such as ABYC and ISO.
Ability to design and develop electrical schematics using CAD software.
Experience with electrical testing and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced marine production line atmosphere
Experience installing, testing and troubleshooting 12v D.C. and 240/120v A.C. systems
Experience in prototyping and documenting wiring harnesses with plug and play attributes in an effort to streamline production line installations
Functional capability with CAD
Strong written and oral communication skills
Must be able to read, produce, and work with electrical schematics, line drawings, and digital picture work instructions to achieve end goals
Advanced knowledge and experience in making electrical terminations between stranded wire and various copper terminals and contacts, typically used in electrical installations and harness fabrication
Installation experience with marine electronics, audio systems and knowledge of data communication networks, such as SAEJ1939 and NEMA 2000
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Professional engineering (PE) licensure.
Experience with hybrid and electric propulsion systems in power boats and yachts.
Familiarity with boat automation and control systems.

The engineer will be involved in multiple areas of interest in the new product development cycle including mechanical design and structural composites. This role will take ownership of their areas throughout the development cycle of new products including concept, design, prototype, integration into production, and market introduction. This role will be involved in these areas for the entire Regal product line.

Owner of unique areas of engineering interest for new products including mechanical design, structural composites, naval architecture, and systems engineering
Designs mechanical linkages and moving assemblies in CAD
Develops layouts and build drawings for HVAC and other yacht systems in 2D and 3D CAD
Designs and analyzes structural grids and components to meet requirements
Evaluates composite materials and develops layup schedule for FRP parts
Researches and tests new materials and components to evaluate feasibility for our products
Follows new products through the prototype process to validate designs and adjust accordingly
Constant focus on design for manufacturing
Works with third party vendors to bring in appropriate materials and components to meet our needs

Required Qualifications

Verify Sales Order for special options and ensure materials are on hand to complete daily production schedules.
Assemble parts onto the boat per the description of the Sales order by using the correct tools and proper methods to attain the correct standard in the installation.
Follow proper safety requirements for the use of hand tools, drills, screw guns, and other equipment.
Inspects all parts after production to ensure that all parts are complete and up to quality standards. You are responsible for the quality of work you perform.

Support New Model and Engineering with project implementation and integration.
Understand the functions of FRP equipment, Air Pumps, Gauges, Valves, and Fluid systems as they relate to the Robotic Gel Coater.
Fill out daily forms for robot startup and shutdown.

Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a Field Service Technician. This individual will work alongside the Customer Service Team to perform a variety of warranty related repairs on campus and at remote locations including dealerships, private residences and marinas.

Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a Fiberglass Finisher. Responsibilities include inspecting fiberglass parts for Cosmetic issues, sanding, repairing, gel-coating and buffing to a final finish.
Key Responsibilities

Inspects fiberglass parts for cosmetic issues in gel finish.
Repairs voids, cracks, scratches, and chips in gel-coat surface.
Makes repairs by sanding, applying repair materials, and spraying gel-coat.
Finishes by sanding, buffing and polishing repairs.
Uses a variety of hand tools including DA sanders, Buffers, Spray Guns razor knives, scissors, power tools.
Required Qualifications
Be able to use a variety of hand tools & power tools
Must have strong attention to detail
Must adhere to all quality standards
Have the flexibility to work overtime both planned and unplanned to meet company goals
Demonstrate a record of dependability and reliability with prior work experience

Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as an Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will work alongside the TMS Manager to provide HR-related support to manufacturing team members, including pay and benefits, conflict resolution, enforcing and improving company policies and practices, and assisting with performance evaluations and with disciplinary action counseling. . This position will also consist of HR Operations such as, workforce planning, data analysis, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
