Summary 

Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a Master Boat Builder. Master Boat Builders are responsible for the boat construction process, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and quality in our boats.

 

Key Responsibilities

Summary

  1. Serve as a subject matter expert in production and prototype for vessel systems, including propulsion, Garmin, steering, plumbing, generators, Gyro stabilizers, stereo systems, HVAC, and control systems.
  2. Responsible for the sump, engine, and systems build for prototype models.
  3. Train the manufacturing team on the integration of new models.
  4. Lead advanced diagnostics, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation for technical issues.

Regal Boats is seeking a Supplier Quality Inspector to lead the inspection and management of supplier-provided components and materials. This role ensures that all parts received meet Regal’s engineering drawings, quality standards, and production requirements. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, technically skilled, and confident in working across departments and with external suppliers to resolve issues and uphold product integrity.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Inspect incoming supplier products to ensure compliance with Regal specifications, standards, and drawings.
  2. Perform stock purges and component spot checks to verify ongoing quality
  3. Review supplier quality control documents and ensure alignment with Regal’s production requirements.
  4. Collaborate with buyers and production teams to communicate non-conformances and quality concerns.
  5. Document and issue Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) as necessary
  6. Create Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) reports and support continuous improvement efforts.
  7. Lead and manage the Discrepant Material Report (DMR) process, including supplier follow-ups for labor, product cost, or returns.
  8. Track and present data related to supplier quality performance, DMR trends, and recurring issues to executive leadership
  9. Facilitate and lead weekly supplier quality calls to address open items, trends, and resolution timelines.
  10. Act as a quality liaison between Regal’s internal teams and external suppliers to drive proactive quality improvements

Required Qualifications

  1. Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality control processes and root cause analysis methods
  2. Experience in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
  3. Familiarity with DMR, SCAR, RCCA, and other standard quality assurance tools
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with both internal leadership and external vendors
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or quality systems a plus
  6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  8. Ability to present data clearly and confidently to management

 

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Prior experience in a supplier quality, manufacturing, or mechanical inspection role
  2. Experience working with marine or automotive components preferred
  3. Experience negotiating with suppliers regarding quality claims, returns, or labor costs

Summary 

The Supplier Quality Leader is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing Regal’s supplier quality strategy to ensure components and materials meet or exceed engineering, production, and customer expectations. This leadership role drives supplier performance improvement, fosters strong partnerships, and leads cross-functional initiatives to resolve quality concerns at the root cause. Required Qualifications

  1. Strong knowledge of supplier quality management, manufacturing processes, and root cause analysis methodologies.
  2. Experience in leading teams and managing supplier relationships.
  3. Proven ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and present to senior leadership.
  4. Skilled in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
  5. Familiarity with DMR, SCAR, RCCA, PPAP, FAI, or similar quality tools.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.

Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a Marine Electrician. Marine Electricians are responsible for the installation and testing of electrical wiring. This person must be able to work in confined spaces. Electricians must be first and foremost responsible individuals with great attention to safety precautions. The ideal candidate must also be experienced in different kinds of electrical devices and systems.

    Required Qualifications

    1. Must be able to install heavy electrical harnesses (experience in shipbuilding/similar industry is preferred)

    4. Must demonstrate a record of dependability and reliability with prior work experience.
    5. Must have at least two years of experience in electrical work (including tools of the trade), specifically in the marine, RV, or similar industry.

This role is responsible for preparing molds and applying fiberglass materials through infusion and RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) processes to create high-quality boat parts.

    • Grind all de-molded parts properly (hulls, decks, small parts).
