The Fiberglass / Lamination Lead (Spanish Required) oversees lamination and composite manufacturing operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety. This role combines technical expertise in FRP processes with day-to-day leadership of a team of 10–15 members.

  6. Strong understanding of quality standards related to FRP manufacturing.

Summary

Regal Boats is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cut & Grind Specialist. The Cut & Grind Specialist is responsible for using various tools to grind rough edges of boat hull molds and fiberglass parts, as well as cutting holes into the boat hull for installing instruments and hardware. Key Responsibilities

  • Grind all de-molded parts properly (hulls, decks, small parts).
  • Collaborate with team members to lift and move deck parts to the cut & grind area.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Follow instructions from the Leader/Supervisor/Lead.
  • Inspect all parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Comply with all OSHA and safety procedures.
  • Wear a respirator, goggles, and hearing protection as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in working with fiberglass, cabinetry building, or auto body repair.

                              • Manage Options tables for accurate option availability, and conditional rules within Epicor to support configurators and dealer ordering systems.
                              • Review PDF prints, router runs, and engineering revisions, translating technical design updates into accurate Epicor manufacturing structures.
                              • Assist Purchasing and Engineering as needed in building and/or troubleshooting BOM costs and variance issues.
                              • Support engineering BoM and prototype staff during the design and prototype phase of new product development, ensuring seamless handoffs from prototype stage to full production BoMs.
                              • Support accounting, purchasing, and manufacturing during inventories.
                              • Manage the ERP system for scheduling details as it relates to assemblies and part flow.

                              Requirements 

                              • Experience with Bills of Materials and Methods of Manufacturing in a manufacturing environment.
                              • Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (or similar enterprise manufacturing software).
                              • Ability to read and interpret technical prints, router runs, and assembly PDFs.
                              • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, specifically to develop spreadsheets and cost comparisons.
                              • Basic Knowledge of boats.
                              • Strong written and oral communication skills.

                              • Lead propulsion system design and integration across the Regal Boats product line.
                              • Evaluate and integrate marine engines, transmissions, sterndrives, outboard motors, propellers, and related propulsion components.
                              • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and naval architecture teams to optimize propulsion layouts and installation.
                              • Evaluate engine and propeller combinations to optimize speed, efficiency, handling, and overall vessel performance.

                              • Conduct propulsion performance testing, including on-water trials, speed and acceleration testing, and fuel efficiency evaluations.
                              • Support engine calibration, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
                              • Identify and resolve propulsion-related issues through root cause analysis and failure investigation.
                              • Validate propulsion configurations on new models and prototypes to ensure performance, reliability, and consistency.
                              • Ensure propulsion designs and installations comply with applicable ABYC, NMMA, USCG, ISO, and CE requirements.
                              • Document test results, performance data, and engineering recommendations.

                              3. Collaboration & Project Management

                              • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service teams to support new product development and production launches.
                              • Coordinate with engine manufacturers and suppliers regarding technical specifications, installation requirements, troubleshooting, and product updates.
                              • Support cost analysis, component selection, and continuous improvement initiatives.
                              • Develop and maintain technical documentation, installation specifications, and propulsion testing procedures.
                              • Coordinate with vendors to support technical training and resolve propulsion-related production or service concerns.
                              • Represent Regal in a professional, ethical, and socially responsible manner.

                                Required Qualifications

                                •  Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
                                • 3+ years of experience in marine systems engineering, preferably in boat building or OEM manufacturing.
                                • Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Rhino, Catia, Pro-E, or AutoCAD).
                                • Knowledge of marine propulsion, fuel systems, electrical networks, and onboard automation.

                                Required Qualifications

                                1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
                                2. Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Rhino- preferred, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Catia, Pro-E, or AutoCAD).
                                3. Knowledge of marine propulsion, fuel systems, electrical networks, and onboard systems.
                                4. Strong understanding of ABYC, USCG, and NMMA regulations.
                                5. Experience with systems troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and failure mode testing.

                                Preferred Qualifications

                                1. Experience in common platform engineering for multi-model product lines.

                                Summary
                                Regal Boats is seeking a bilingual and motivated self-starter to join our team as an Upholstery Team Leader. UPH Team Leaders are responsible for overseeing upholstery-related manufacturing processes and the efficient utilization of manpower to obtain maximum efficiency.

                                • Ensures manufacturing operations are in accordance with Regal's Quality Standards
                                • Actively coaches and oversees Lead(s) and hourly Team Members (35-40 team members). 
                                • Trains and motivates Team Members to achieve the highest levels of productivity and quality.
                                • Communicates daily schedule with production team members.
                                • Tracks team member time and attendance according to Regal's Attendance & PTO Policy.
                                • Troubleshoots issues on the production line related to the boat manufacturing process.
                                • Works with other departments to ensure parts are completed according to schedule. 
                                • Produce manufacturing defect list, write Corrective Action Requests, answer technical questions and order appropriate materials. 
                                • Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable state and federal laws. 
                                • Interviewing team members, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and counseling team members, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
                                • Ensures manufacturing operations are in accordance with Regal's Safety Standards, including:
                                  • Ensure that workplaces are safe and employees follow proper safety procedures
                                  • Be proactive in preventing safety-related incidents
                                  • Create awareness of safe behavior and teach required skills for working safely
                                  • Ensure employees have the proper tools and equipment, including PPE, to work safely and prevent accidents

                                Required Qualifications

                                1. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
                                2. Detail-oriented mindset, capable of conducting meticulous inspections and tests on finished vessels and components.
                                3. Ability to use precision measuring instruments and other testing equipment accurately. 
                                4. Strong analytical skills, with the capability to analyze data and trends to improve product quality.
                                5. Physical ability to access all areas of the boats for inspection, including climbing, bending, and lifting.

                                 

                                Preferred Qualifications

                                1. Previous experience as a Quality Inspector within the marine industry or a related field.
                                2. In-depth knowledge of marine manufacturing processes, materials, and safety regulations.
                                3. In-depth knowledge of boat systems. 
                                4. Solid understanding of safety and compliance regulations in the marine industry.
                                5. Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean Principles.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge of marine DC and AC electrical systems, networked electronics, digital switching, power management, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.

                                This individual will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, and suppliers to ensure all electrical systems meet Regal's standards for safety, reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction while mentoring technicians and driving continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.

                                Regal Boats is looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscaper to help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our headquarters and surrounding grounds. This position is responsible for routine landscaping, grounds maintenance, and general outdoor upkeep across the property.

                                Key Responsibilities

                                1. Maintain lawns, landscaping, trees, shrubs, flower beds, and other landscaped areas throughout the facility.
                                2. Mow, edge, trim, weed, blow, and perform other routine groundskeeping tasks.

                                4. Operate landscaping and grounds-maintenance equipment safely and properly.
                                5. Monitor landscaping areas for weeds, pests, irrigation issues, damage, and other maintenance needs.

                                7. Keep outdoor areas, walkways, entrances, and common areas clean, orderly, and presentable.

                                10. Maintain and properly store landscaping tools and equipment.
                                11. Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
                                12. Communicate maintenance needs, safety concerns, and equipment issues to the Maintenance Team Leader.
                                13. Assist the Maintenance team with other facility and grounds-related tasks as needed.

                                 

                                Required Qualifications

                                1. Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, maintenance, construction, or other outdoor labor experience preferred.
                                2. Ability to safely operate common landscaping equipment and hand tools.
                                3. Basic knowledge of lawn care, plant maintenance, trimming, and landscaping practices.
                                4. Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in Florida's heat and varying weather conditions.
                                5. Ability to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying materials and equipment.
                                6. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, professional property.
                                7. Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
                                8. Conversational English. 



                                Work Environment
                                Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature, reaching over 100 degrees Fahrenheit at times.
