• Hull Design
    The Foundation of True Engineering

    FasTrac Hull

Since its debut in 1997, the patented and award-winning FasTrac hull design has garnered acclaim from industry insiders and owners alike. The principle behind the hull is to reduce the surface tension while the boat moves through the water. The full-beam step forces air beneath the hull to reduce drag and friction while inverted strakes cause the boat to track straight and turn tight. With a reduction in friction, the FasTrac hull is able to achieve higher speeds and better fuel economy than boats of equal size and propulsion.

    OceanTrac Hull

Every Regal yacht is defined by its fuel-efficient and high-performance OceanTrac hull. Because every yacht is weighted and configured individually, each OceanTrac hull is designed and shaped to ensure optimum efficiency across the entire performance spectrum. The OceanTrac hull brings together a unique combination of innovative design components working together to produce hull efficiencies that provide exceptional performance, an outstanding ride, and handling like nothing else on the water.

  • Engines
    Defining Performance Comes From Within

    Mercury

Mercury Marine is the world's largest manufacturer of recreational marine propulsion engines, fit for Regal standards. Its industry leading power systems include the Mercury MerCruiser sterndrives and inboard engines that can run on gasoline or diesel.

    Volvo Penta

Volvo Penta is a revolution of world class marine engines and power systems. The Volvo Penta Inboard Performance System (IPS) is a propulsion system that dramatically increases top speed, fuel consumption, acceleration, and performance compared to inboard shafts. And with minimal vibrations, sound, and virtually no exhaust fumes, the engine is the future of marine innovation.

  • Standards
    A Transcendent Philosophy

    LIFECore

The beauty of every Regal boat is the essence of its craftsmanship, from each section of hand-laid fiberglass to every handcrafted piece of cabinetry. Regal's proprietary LIFECore construction process allows engineers to pinpoint the exact locations for fiberglass, aluminum, and composite materials that will minimize stress and increase the boat's durability. The touch can be seen inside Regal cockpits and cabins. Holly and cherry flooring, custom cabinetry and Corian countertops are only a taste of our defining design integrity.

    ISO Standards

Regal is one of the original boat manufacturers to implement the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certification. Starting in 2001, we took a systematic approach to make the development, manufacturing, and the supply of products and services more efficient, safer, and cleaner. For every Regal buyer, this means that each boat is built precisely like the one before it. A level of consistency that can elevate boat-making standards around the world.

  • Awards
    Recognition for Excellence

    CSI Awards

Regal has received 19 Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) awards in the last seven years from the National Marine Manufacturers Association, including five awards in 2008 alone. One for each type of boat that Regal builds.

    J.D. Power and Associates

In 2009, Regal ranked "Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Express Cruisers (24-33 feet), Three Years in a Row, Tied in 2009."
